Cooking Classes

Who would have thought that blending a multitude of herbs and spices could be such fun - let alone delicious!

Responding to public demand following the release of his DVD, Mossin is offering exclusive classes on Moroccan cuisine in Ashwood, just a 15-20 minute drive east of the city.

You’ll find us at 9 Nicholson Street, Bentleigh

Classes include a traditional welcome drink of mint tea and a delightful “freshly cooked” 2 course lunch in the company of several other lovers of Moroccan cuisine.

Classes may include: making preserved lemons, various tagines, salads, drinks, mixing spices and marinades and lots of fun and laughter along the way.

To register for a class we require 50% deposit on registration and the balance paid on arrival for your class. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT-POS cards and cash.
