I thoroughly enjoyed my authentic Moroccan cooking experience. It was delightful from the beginning with traditional Moroccan Mint Tea all the way through the main meals to dessert. I really enjoyed the cooking class.After enjoying a refreshing mint tea on arrival and meeting other guests, we were able to pop on an apron and enjoy the cook together, feast together experience. Mossin was a great host teaching us about Morocco and the finer points about authentic Morrocan cooking. We experienced a wonderful selection of colourful and flavoursome dishes, not to mention the aromas. It was a wonderful taste sensation in a gorgeous location.
